At Nora’s Sweet Treats, we want you and your pup to love every order. Because our products are handmade dog treats, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Each order is baked, decorated, and packaged by hand with care. While we do our best to protect every shipment, minor breakage or cosmetic imperfections may occasionally occur during transit. Due to the fragile nature of baked dog treats, minor breakage does not qualify for a refund or replacement.

If your order arrives severely damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@norasweettreats.com and include photos of:

●    The damaged treats

●    The product packaging

●    The shipping box

We will review the information and work with you to resolve the issue when appropriate.

Please note:

●    Shipping delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control.

●    Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Nora’s Sweet Treats is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

●    Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
